General information Detailed description: Rammeavtalen omfatter levering av tømrerarbeider til bruk i kommunenes drift, vedlikehold, rehabilitering og mindre ombygginger av kommunal bygningsmasse. Avtalen skal dekke både planlagte vedlikeholdsoppgaver og uforutsette, akutte behov knyttet til utbedring av bygningsmassen. Oppdragene kan variere i omfang og kompleksitet, omfatte både innvendige og utvendige arbeider, og kan ved behov inkludere ansvar for koordinering av andre fag. Rammeavtalen skal sikre kommunene forutsigbar tilgang til faglærte håndverkere som kan utføre nødvendige arbeider gjennom hele avtaleperioden, slik at byggenes funksjon, verdi og levetid ivaretas.
