             Modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December
             2022 for Creditsafe Group

             Introduction from the CEO

             We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and
             endeavour to review and continue to improve our processes and policies in this area.

             Organisation's structure and our supply chains

             We are a credit reference agency and provider of company credit reports and marketing
             information, supplying quality data on over 365 million companies to 115,000 customers around
             the globe. We are part of the Creditsafe Group, and our ultimate parent company is Creditsafe
             Group SA, registered in Luxembourg and privately owned. Creditsafe Group is managed and
             directed from Dublin and operates a Shared Service Centre in Cardiff Bay, UK to provide
             marketing, finance, legal and IT development and support services across the operating
             companies. The Group has over 1,500 employees worldwide and operates in Europe and in
             America and Asia, with subsidiaries established United Kingdom, USA, Germany, France, Italy,
             Ireland, India, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Japan and the Netherlands and opened our latest
             business in Canada in September 2020.

             Our Supply Chains
             Our supply chains mainly include contracts and licences for the provision of data and IT services
             in respect of our core business of providing data and information services. As such, our supply
             chain is largely for the provision of 'services' rather than manufactured goods. Due to the industry
             that we operate in, we have identified that the risk of modern slavery within our supply chains is
             considered low. Nevertheless, we take modern slavery and human trafficking seriously, which is
             why we are developing policies as further explained below.

             Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

             We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply
             chains or in any part of our business. We are reviewing our policies in this area to ensure that
             they reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

             Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

             As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we are reviewing current practices with a view
             to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking
             are not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

             Training

             We have implemented an online training module covering modern day slavery, which is available
             for employees and is designed to help understand what modern slavery is, who is affected, and
             what employees should do if they spot the signs. We are undertaking reviews to assess whether
             further training is required for certain staff on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in
             our supply chains.

             Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking

             We will review our commitments highlighted in this statement on an annual basis, in order to
             assess whether our current policies and procedures are adequate to ensure that slavery and
             human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.


             This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes
             our Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December
             2022.
