General information Detailed description: DFØ skal inngå kontrakt om levering av faglig og metodisk bistand til Program for nasjonal samordning av offentlige innkjøp. Programmet skal bidra til mer effektiv bruk av samfunnets ressurser gjennom bedre organisering og gjennomføring av offentlige anskaffelser. Bistanden omfatter blant annet analyse- og utredningsarbeid, strategisk rådgivning, utvikling av styringsmodeller, gevinstmåling og programstøtte knyttet til programmets arbeid med samordning, styring og innsikt, samt konkurranse og forenkling. Leverandøren skal arbeide tett sammen med DFØs fagmiljøer og bidra til kompetanseoverføring gjennom hele kontraktsperioden.
