General information Detailed description: Hovedredningssentralen ved NAWSARH prosjektet har hatt ansvaret for å gjennomføre anskaffelsen av nye nasjonale redningshelikoptre. Det opprinnelige prosjektet, med anskaffelse av 16 helikoptre samt etablering av nye fasiliteter på seks baser, ble formelt avsluttet i august 2025. I februar 2026 besluttet Stortinget at redningshelikopteroperasjonen i Tromsø skulle overtas av Forsvaret v/330 skv som for de øvrige basene fra 2030. Prosjektet ble dermed re-etablert («NAWSARH 2.0»). På grunn av at nåværende avtale for operativ konsulentbistand utløper, har NAWSARH prosjektet behov for å etablere en ny langtidsavtale.
