Beskrivelse
Green Classroom is aimed at enabling employees in nurse schools and schools to use cultivation in their educational work. The municipality is already working on the project and would like to expand it to a larger extent and therefore have a need for assistance. Cultivation of edible growths gives unique opportunities to engage students and strengthen the work on sustainable development and life mastering in schools and nurseries. For schools that are already in green classrooms, we will strengthen and further develop the work. This includes, among other things, connecting Green classrooms to several school subjects and the transition between nurseries and schools. We have learned that there is a need to support the schools in the work over time. In addition to network work across schools, we see an increasing need for guidance in each organisation. This is how a larger part of the personnel gets ownership of the commitment and we can adapt Green classrooms to the needs and prerequisites of the individual school. This is a central part of ensuring long term implementation of the school garden as a learning arena. In Green classroom 3.0 we would like to include the nursery schools in the commitment. We have already had a course on cultivation for nursery employees and this sparked great enthusiasm. The nursery schools would like the same opportunity as the schools through equipment, courses and guidelines in the nursery with employees and children. The project assistance includes educational guidance for employees in nurseries and schools for the work of cultivation in the educational work, implementing competence development for employees through network collections and courses, assisting with network building and collaboration partners for nurseries and schools, as well as some support for project management. The project is a three year project with reporting in July 2027. The estimated value of the assistance over these three years is approx. Experience within both cultivation and an educational approach is essential for assistance, and the municipality does not know of other suppliers who offer this. If the Contracting Authority does not receive objections regarding the Intention Notice, the agreement will end after the waiting period has expired. The contract can be signed after 10 days at the earliest calculated from the day after the notice date.
