Beskrivelse
GRID-Arendal seeks a service provider with proven international experience in cleanup activities and with a network of local actors who can help to promote the Inaugural World Cleanup Day celebration around the world. For support to this global publicity, GRID-Arendal will enter into an agreement with a subcontractor who will have the following responsibilities: Broadcast cleanup events from around the world and promote the Inaugural World Cleanup Day in global networks: The sub-contractor will facilitate a live broadcast of cleanup events from around the world as part of the main programme of the Inaugural World Cleanup Day event by interviewing promoters, ambassadors, and prominent persons advocating and promoting ongoing clean-up activities. The sub-contractor will also raise awareness within its network to promote the Inaugural World Cleanup Day celebration and share success stories on Arctic Cities and Marine Litter and related themes through its social media channels and other means, in coordination with the co-organizers NREF, UN-Habitat and GRID-Arendal. The sub-contractor will work with the co-organizers to incorporate the broadcast in an appropriate place in the main agenda of the event. GRID-Arendal will ensure that the venue is set up with the technical facilities for two-way streaming of the event. Further information can be found in the attachments.
