Beskrivelse
Norsk Tipping participates in the regional collaboration project "T10". "T10" is a collaboration project between public and private actors, where Inland is defined as a unified region with great diversity and many possibilities in green next-generation industrial and technology jobs. Coordinated and impactful marketing initiatives will run to attract international talent, as well as active experience and competence exchange between the project participants and the use of a joint recruitment and marketing platform. When participating in the project "T10", companies, municipalities and other organisations in Innlandet will work together to attrate and retain new inhabitants and talents for the region. The project has identified the recruitment platform MindDig (www.minddig.com) as best suited to safeguard the needs of the project. MinDig AB is a development initiative established in Luleå in northern Sweden to support the enormous competence need of the region's enormous green industrial commitment, not quite different to the needs of Inland. In addition to MindDig's experience database and consultancy competence, MindDig also develops an innovative digital recruitment platform and tool for marketing regions. The platform is considered to be the only one of its kind that fills the role of several different tools at once, including; • MindDig is the only known recruiting tool in the market that offers a system to market regions and cities as well as companies and positions ("digital marketplace"). • No other known system offers the recycling of talent and collaboration of the exchange of talent between businesses, like MindDig does ("eco-system mindset"). • MindDig has extensive use of AI technology that enables translations and automation as well as integrations with a number of existing ATS systems. MindDig will also assess their competence on relevant contracting work and a combination of competence within both the technical platform, communication and marketing of regions, workers and positions that are of a unique character. Through their work in recent years, the team behind MindDig has accumulated a lot of experience in providing talent attracing in a global market, as well as getting companies and organisations to collaborate around recruitment. This is experience that Inland's own T10 now benefits from. Norsk Tipping ́s contract with MindDig has an annual value of approx. NOK 250,000 excluding VAT, total approx. NOK 800,000 including establishment. The contract will be valid for 3 years and is planned to be signed 24.06.2024. Based on the above, Norsk Tipping as a part of the regional collaboration project "T10" intends to enter into a direct agreement with MindDig AB.
