Beskrivelse
Meråker municipality, c/o the municipal development sector, needs to revise the regulations on fees in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, the Ownership Section Act and Matrikkellova. The municipality would like regulations that are better suited to the current conditions and rules. There is a need to simulation for the above self-cost areas in this connection. The municipality has examined the market and has not found other suppliers that deliver equivalent products. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for Momentum Solutions AS, Adresse: Storgata 10B, 0155 OSLO, Org. no. 998 321 921. The tool must be able to calculate direct, indirect and capital costs in accordance with the "Guidelines for calculating self-cost for municipal payment services" and "Guidelines for calculating self-cost and fee regulations in building cases" provided by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation. Before we finally sign the contract, we would like to publish this intention notice in order to map whether there are other suppliers who may be able to deliver a revision and the above fee areas with self-cost calculations in accordance with our needs. The contract has a scope of one year. Value NOK 200,000 If other suppliers can provide this service, please contact us as soon as possible and at the latest by 25 March 2024. The contract will be finally signed after 25 March 2024 if no more people sign up. All communication shall be carried out via post@meraker.kommune.no and an intention notice will be marked for fee regulated.
